ANALYSIS OF OPENING SHOT• In this shot we see Bayzid Hussain shoes from his own perspective, this is

called P.O.V shot (point of view).• We used this shot to show to give the audience the feel of what he is

REVERSE SHOT & MASTER SHOT• In the images below you can tell we’ve met the aim of including a master

establish their point of view of the conversation they are having.

MATCH ON ACTION & EXTREME CLOSE UP SHOT

• We’ve met the criteria of including a match on action shot, as you can see in the two images labelled ‘match on action’ show two shots of the same scene.

• Next image we have extreme close up of a phone, this builds a enigma code. However due to the lightning it’s hard to read what Mashud was typing

REFLECTION OF OUR P-TASK• Overall we managed to fulfil all the criteria because we included a match

on action shot, a reverse shot and a master shot, we also included our actors to sit down and involve dialogue.

• Throughout this filming I learned that it was hard to find a good location because of the location (Haverstock) not being quiet enough to record, I also learned that we had to organise the actors well so they knew what they was doing and also what dialogue they was saying. Our framing was quite good but however we did sometimes cut off the head of our actors. The sound had to be level so we edited to accomplishment that element.

• The actors where good for this film because they were teenagers and that fitted the criteria of the acting part, they knew the locations and dialogue they needed to say and also they costume

REFLECTION OF MY P-TASKPART 2

• Editing • From the editing process I learned many things such as cutting bits of the

clips that weren’t good, these were called ‘subclips’. Another thing I learned from editing is that we could control the colour for example I could change the contrast or I could change the brightness of the clip.

• I also learned that I could crop the scene so if there was an object or person in the clip I could just crop them out to save time doing the recording again, the sound was uneven at first but by editing I managed to keep the sound at constant (18 decibel)

• I learned to use the software ‘final cut pro’ to make my video, I learned how to make the clips into a movie and put them together
