Introducing the complete diet for building muscle, packing on bulk AND burning fat.

I’m Matt Simpson and I was naturally a skinny-fat ectomorph. Through using the principles I discuss in this website I was able to conquer my natural genetics to pack on muscle and significantly reduce my bodyfat. I founded Ectomorph Diet to focus on helping others to put in place these same simple principles to make themselves bigger, stronger, faster and ripped.

MUSCLE BUILDING SECRETS

Diet is the most important part of strength, health and fitness. Hell it is one of the most important factors in happiness, well-being…everything that goes into having an amazing life! You can pack on lean muscle gains to make you look and feel fantastic on the beach or naked but also improve your quality of living all ways, if your diet is optimized.I did not create the diet and workout system recommended on this site but I’m smart enough to recognize that it completely changed my life. I apply the protocols you will find in the muscle building secrets system to all areas of my life. I’m faster, smarter happier and have put on pounds of muscle. I believe so strongly in the power of this diet for optimizing muscle gain and shredding belly fat that fixing diet is my go-to recommendation for anyone starting their journey on physical health and bodybuilding.

Do not do isolation exercises.

• Instead focus on the three compound movements that require all of your body and many different muscle groups. Those are:

• 1. The Barbell Squat• 2. The Deadlift• 3. The Bench Press• If you are strong on all of these three exercises then sure,

chuck in some bicep curls but you will never develop that lean muscular thickness that makes you look ripped unless you do these compound exercises.

About Me

• Hi, Welcome to Ectomorph Diet!• I’m Matt Simpson and this is my blog on training, diet, supplementation and mental performance

specifically for those in society with an ectomorph body type. I have completely relevant experience with this because I am a natural ectomorph! Through nearly a decade of fitness training I have accumulated a wealth of knowledge around explosive power, techniques for bulking (with high muscle density not just muscles filled with water) techniques and workouts for shredding fat and even maximising your endurance training.

• Further to this is priming a bulletproof mental mindset and steeling yourself and your resolve. If you can push through mental barriers that are making you want to give up and instead push through even harder. Then you can can challenge your genetics to be lean, mean and strong. I believe that controlling your diet and your mental state is the key to smashing through muscle. Having control over your diet is the hardest part and is the key.

• Don’t be beholden to a lifestyle of just chewing steak and lifting heavy squats, allow this diet and this workouts to free you from rules and be the very best that you can be.

• MOBILISE YOUR LIFESTYLE.• Being strong, fit athletic and muscular is a marathon not a sprint (although if you want to be jacked I

suggest you sprint!) and you have to think about your goals with a long term focus. For instance, If you want to be ripped you have to focus on building up your core strength and your grip before you can go and do fun exercises like isolation bicep curls and dumbell chest press. Think long term, do dead lifts, squats and core ab work first. Then wait to see your explosive power on the bench press in 3 months!
