SMARTBoard Lesson

I will be using the Jeopardy template to keep the lesson fun and interactive. The board is setup like a normal Jeopardy board where there will be multiple categories in a row and the different money values in the columns of each item in the row. The larger the money amount, the more difficult the question. I would divide the classroom into two team and call on people to come up to the board one by one to answer questions and see if they are retaining the lesson I had learned. I would make the categories as Appetizers, Beverages, Entrees, Bonus, like how my lesson is setup. The competitive atmosphere will keep the students engaged in the lesson.
