Individual profiles are the central access point for users to manage and track all health data.

User needs to sign up or sign in in the application to access,manage and track all health data.

User can enter username and password in this screen and once he is authenticated he can gain access to application data and features provided by application.


mPHR Home-Page

• Home Page is the main screen of the application that is fully customizable, displaying the icons of the application modules user uses most.

• The Home Page can also serve as a brief overview of user’s personal health status, as it will display information such as user’s current medications, Important Wellness Tracker Data and health data

• If user’s needs changes ,home page can be adjusted accordingly.

The Problems Module serves as a library of physical conditions user currently have or have had in the past.

It lists your full history of conditions along with the date for which it began and subsided.

The Medications Module helps user manage all the prescription and over-the-counter medications for which user currently take or have previously been prescribed.

For each medication listed, the following details are captured:

The Medications Module links to user’s contact list and calendar.

The automatic scheduling feature populates reminders based on defined dosage frequency and your treatment duration.

Scheduled alerts remind user to take medication or perform self-tests, such as checking blood pressure or blood glucose levels. The automatic scheduler links directly to the Medications module.
