Symptoms of Sjogren's Syndrome1. Dry eyes (your eye
glands don't make enough tears)
2. Eye irritation and burning
3. Dry mouth (your mouth glands do not make enough saliva)
4. Swollen glands on the sides of the face
5. Tooth decay, gum disease, or thrush
6. In rare cases, joint pain and stiffness
7. In rare cases, internal organ diseases.
The doctor will enquire about your medical history. He will do a physical exam. The doctor may do a biopsy, taking tissue from your inner lip to check in a lab.
