A DEVELOPING GOLD STORY IN MOZAMBIQUE
• Ownership of three gold projects covering 340km2 in an up-and-
coming gold province in Central Mozambique.
• All projects host hard-rock and alluvial artisanal gold workings
• Initial focus on near-production opportunities.
• Mucurumadzi Project occurs within the Odzi-Mutare-Manica
Archaean Greenstone Belt and adjacent to Auroch Minerals 3Moz
Manica Gold Project.
• Drill targets have been identified within the Mucurumadzi Project.
First pass diamond drilling program commenced September 2013.
• Initial assay results have been received.
• First phase exploration completed at Sussundenga and Gondola
with XRF survey, soil sampling and geological mapping.
• Expanding regional licence holding.
• Cash available to conduct exploration programs and drilling
programs.

MUCURUMADZI PROJECT Initial exploration delineates gold targets
• Archaean shear-hosted greenstone gold
target.
• First-phase geological mapping, Niton XRF*
survey, soil survey and channel sampling
completed.
• Exploration to date suggests that the targets
identified are the western extension of the
historic Guy Fawkes Mine (production 494 kg
Au, ave grade 12.7 g/t).
• Drilling commenced in September on a 750
m diamond drilling program.
• Initial assay results returned 5m @ 1.70 g/t
and 5m @ 1.52g/t gold in MUCDD008.
*Niton XRF3t GOLDD - The Niton XRF unit is an RSC-owned portable analyser of various metals and other elements, which uses an x-ray fluorescence tube to take rapid measurements over a pin-point area. It is used by trained RSC employees to take readings of soil samples to evaluate the tenor but not absolute value of the contained mineralisation. Samples analysed were unsieved soil samples (B horizon), analysed through plastic sample bags, QA/QC standard and blanks were analysed every 20 readings. ** See Further information, Mucurumadzi Channel Sampling below
MUCURUMADZI PROJECT Early production potential from alluvial
targets
• The River Revue has historically been a
significant producer of alluvial gold (8.5 tonnes)
and today hosts numerous small scale miners
and larger operations run by private Chinese
companies.
• Gold bearing gravels extend 10km along the
Revue River. The prospective unit is up to 300m
wide and approximately 10m thick with a 1.5m
wide basal gravel layer.
• Republic Gold have applied for the adjacent
Manica II (Mutsinza) licence which give the
company access to 4km of the river course and
alluvial terraces.
MUCURUMADZI PROJECT Early production potential from alluvial targets
• Previous work completed for Mamba Minerals Ltd on
the Mutsinza licence in 2008 indicated the area could
contain 3.6M loose cubic meters of cobble gravels.
• Republic will investigate the potential for using the
alluvials as a short-term production target.
• Current exploration focus is to determine the grade of
the gravels. Systematic bulk sampling and pitting is
expected to start in the 4th Quarter 2013.
• Republic Gold has in-house expertise with previous
African alluvial experience to take the project from
development to an operational mine.

SUSSUNDENGA PROJECT Near surface bulk tonnage gold target
• Total licence area is 245 km2 covering a regional
contact margin between the Zimbabwe Craton and
adjacent Mozambique Belt.
• Major artisanal workings occur along the southern
boundary of Sussundenga at Bandire.
• Previous work by Ashanti (1999)* in the Bandire area
including RC drilling which intersected broad zones of
gold mineralisation dipping to the west and trending
north into the Sussundenga Project.
• The gold deposit model is thought be an intrusive
related gold style with gold hosted within the vein
segregations in the gneiss.
• Initial first-pass exploration in the Priority 1 area has
been completed.
* See Further information, Sussundenga Channel Sampling below
SUSSUNDENGA PROJECT Priority 1 area first pass exploration complete
• Niton XRF* survey has been completed over the Priority 1 area
highlighting potassic alteration with coincident elevated zones
of Sr, K, Pb, Ba and Ca with known mineralised trends.
• Channel samples* returned gold grades between <0.06 to
1.97g/t with an average grade of 0.55g/t and showed gold
mineralisation is associated with the quartz-muscovite
segregations within foliated gneiss.
• Republic are encouraged by the results and believe there is
potential for near-surface oxide targets which could eventually
host an open pit mine based on: soft-mining, simple-to-process,
oxide-zone ore.
• Further exploration will include infill soil sampling, and
trenching.
* See Further information, Sussundenga Channel Sampling below

SUSSUNDENGA PROJECT Significant artisanal working on southern boundary
Extensive artisanal mining targeting soft, friable, in-situ gneiss at Bandire and Chiefs
workings. Note no crushing is required with the hand dug ore washed in sluice boxes.

GONDOLA PROJECT
Potential to be first movers in underdeveloped gold
district
• Region of Neo-Proterozoic gneiss that has been intruded
by late stage mafic and granitic dykes, pegmatites and
quartz veins.
• Gold, with minor copper and REE mineralisation, appears
to be associated with nearby quartz veins and pegmatites.
• Within the licence, active artisanal gold mining on
pegmatite veins and alluvial workings.
• First pass exploration started in October with XRF survey
and geological mapping.
• Republic are also expanding their interests in this
underexplored region with further licence applications.

REGIONAL GROWTH STORY Ongoing licence acquisition
• Republic Gold through its Mozambique company
African Stellar Mozambique is seeking to grow
its greenfield licence holding in Central
Mozambique through applications and
acquisition.
• Mutsinza: alluvial gold target that will be
contiguous with the existing Mucurumadzi
Project.
• Sussundenga South: contiguous with the
Sussundenga Project.
• Rio Pungoe and Gondola II: underexplored
region hosting numerous artisanal gold
workings.
