Hartley T. Bernstein is a corporate and securities attorney and civil litigator with a specialty in business transactions and civil litigation.

Mr. Bernstein received his undergraduate degree (BA) from Columbia University in 1973 and his Juries Doctor degree from New York University School of Law in 1976.

He has served as a member of the adjunct faculties of Yale Law School and New York Law School and as an instructor at the National Institute for Trial Advocacy.

Mr. Bernstein is also a member of the Board of Trustees of Yorkville Common Pantry and the Board of Directors of Kids In Shape Inc.
