A:Totally different shoe. These are for lifting so the shoe offers stability and support for squats, snatch and other Olympic lifts. The nano is for running, jumping, climbing, and the rest of crossfit.

What Customers Say About It?

I've tested most of the popular lifting shoes and these just puzzle me. All weightlifting shoes have two things in common: a flat, grippy bottom and a raised, rigid sole. The sole on these is very similar to the Reebok Nanos, only with seemingly less grip. Not flat at all. But that's not the big problem with these shoes. The big problem is the heel.
