Apple have created an expanded there product through the years, creating different design in what the audience would like more to a touch screen or to a click of a button, different height and with to how it will suit your audience more. Each one has been designed for a different purpose, for instance the iPhone classic aimed for a older generation, simple and easy to use with just a click of a button. Or the shuffle, is used for sport small and compacted and has a a clip on the back of it so you're not having to hold it.Have been designed in different colours for the audience to chose what their favorite is making it more personal to them and making it different from everyone else's because it has there own music on it. These types of things is what I will take in to consideration when creating mine. Looking at what the best design is, and I think I would have a touch screen because its gives the audience a larger screen to work with, to which they can change the zoom. So I would be considering all ages is they like things to be enlarged on the screen. By it being a touch screen it will also be quite large so it site easy in there hands making it easy to control. Looking at other mp3 players, the layout is something that I will not be using within my product because it’s a memory stick. Having one of these you are not able to see what song is next you just have to flick through it and wait until the song comes up which I don’t think is very practical. Also because they are so small it makes it easier for them to get lost so having it bigger makes it easier to find and more appropriate to handle. Also each of the different brands are in different colours shows that this is an important part to attract the buyers because they are able to chose their favorite colour. Using the colour blue and pink indicating how they are aiming for both genders which creates a larger circulation and brings in a larger income.

My ProductSo the type of layout I want for my MP3 player it will have touch screen and the length and width of 2.30 in (58.6 mm) and 4.85 in (123.4 mm). Large screen for the buyers so it’s easy to locate apps on the divise. By having apps on the MP3 player gives other brands the chance to collaborate together giving each other promotion deal, which will shows support and trust and show other companies that you can reply on them. To be in a range of different colours and the basic black and silver so it’s aimed at all of genders and ages. A large battery so the users are able to listen to music for hours without it dying. Linking that in with the gigabyte as the lowest can be 16, 34, 60 and so on, so they are able to download loads of spotify songs without it runing out. With the MP3 player the public will get head phones and a charger and within a year of having it they are able to bring it in store if it breaks or the headphones/charger break.

Strengths and weakness Strengths • Size (width and height) The size is an important part of this being successful because it’s a decent size for it

to be easy to use. Allowing you to easy locate apps on the screen. • Colours- Having a range of different colours so the public can chose their favorite colour. This will bring in a

larger audience to explore and see if they like this product.• Gigabyte- Having a multiple choice in what size you would like. Thinking about what is best for the public• Battery power- Having one that will last all day making the product reliable and long lasting. This show that

we want the best for our audience and indicates that the money being spend on this product is worth it in the long run.

• Apps- Not only can you listen to music but you can get a verity of apps linking with the brand• SpotifyWeaknesses • height/width- I am not giving a verity of sizes that they want to be used for sport. Also another weakness is

spotify this may put people off buying the product as they may not like the brand which the brand may lose money on.

• The low quality of music being an MP3 player• Data may be lose • cheaper

Threats • Competition with other companies trying to create the best

product and to make it different from other product is having a unique selling point to bring in sales.

• Back up pricing for you product if its not selling, giving the audience to fall back on if they are not liking what they are seeing.

• Getting people to sponcer and promote your brand, going they may want to go for another brand that is more successful if you haven't sold it to them.

• to Threats that may accure of producing this is product is copyright, and other competitors who will then want to design a product better and an example of this is Apple.

Opportunities • Opportunities for this company is how spotify is signing up to them, this is not only going

to make people buy this product but it is also broadening their name showing how they are trust worthy and there app is worth the money you are spending.

• another opportunities is if other app are able to be located on this devices for instance games and social media app because this device is now something they are use in there everyday lives.

• An offer that you get with this phone is signing up to spotify within the first 6 months it comes free and after that if you are impressed after this offer has exspired people can pay £7 a month for unlimited music, family deal of £13 and for students £5 a month. When buying spotify you are then able to listen to your music without wifi or data so we will be saving your money, but can only get this if you buy the devise. Cary on with the offer

• Launching a few test markets to see how your competitors respond before you roll out your entire marketing and distribution campaigns.

• Lauching an event, making the product letting the the public and other brand attenders to play and look at the new device allowing journalist to come and news reporters to get first look.

Marketing• For the marketing you will see this product on Tv, prints and computer ads.

Having a range of media sources where you can find out about the product locating the original website.

• For the TV advert i would have a range of artist listening to their own music, so this would be using celebrity endorsment which the public will be intreged to what they are using and make them want to buy it if they see their role model using it. Using celebrities like rihanna, drake, coldplay, beyonce and little mix. You will also be able to buy it in a range of stores making it easy to locate, for instance, argos, supermarkets, currys etc. which all of these have on line websites so you dont need to go instore and buy it. Making it easier for the public.

• Having our own social media pages, facebook, twitter instagram. allowing the public to see our content everyday and gives them the chance to give us feedback on what they think about it and how to improve.
