The Good News:

• 51,000+ visitors to the site in 8 weeks leading up to sale

• Almost 4,956 bidder registrations

• Numerous properties sold, many still in due diligence stage and should close

Quick update from the June AP2013 auction event

The Disappointing News:

• We had fewer competing in the actual bidding action than anticipated

• Nonetheless, sales never over until they are over and many still underway

• Overall results are strong – next page

• A “ridiculously low starting bid” will be required to generate bidder action
