Hire a Professional

• To deliver A Game marketing for your luxury home make sure you work with professionals.

• Have your team of a Realtor, Attorney, Home Inspector and more already on the job by speaking with them prior to listing for sale.

• The professionals you work with deal with real estate marketing and transactions on a day to day basis and can save you time.

Setting the stage

• Fresh paint livens up any home. Consult with home decorators or home stagers to find out what colors will help you sell quicker.

• Put away valuables. Lock them up or move them to some place else where they will be safe.

• Call in a landscape designer to freshen up your landscape if need be. Curb appeal draws in buyers to your home which can result in great offers!

A Picture is Worth a Thousand…

• Great photography can be worth thousands of more views of your home on the Internet than mediocre pictures.

• Video tours of your home are a must. Video helps draw buyers into your home.

• With over 90% of home shopping starting on line the quality of your videos and photography must be great.

Pre-Inspection

• Unless your home is relatively new it can benefit from a pre-inspection.

• A pre-inspection will flag any issues that can be addressed before you list for sale thus saving you time and money.

• Some buyers may even skip their own home inspection if you present them with a copy of your inspection along with repair invoices for any work done.

Proper Pricing

• Price your home right from the start and it will sell.

• Ideal price is part science and part art. A good Realtor will help you with this.

• Price too high and you may miss the prime buyer traffic resulting in having to drop price by a larger amount later on.

Open House

• An Open House is not recommended for your luxury home.

• For high value homes an open house is more likely to bring “tourists” who are interested in seeing the home rather than buying the home.

• Or worse the open house will bring in unsavory types looking for an easy score.

• Over 80% of home sales involve Realtors. Allow the Realtors to bring in pre-approved clients whom they know can afford your home.

Final Words

• Professionals will help you sell your home while saving you time and heartache.

• Staging not only helps with the in person showing but also helps when photos and videos are taken of your home.

• An open house offers more risk than reward for selling.

• Pre-inspection of your home can save you time and money.

• Proper pricing ensures plenty of buyer interest.
