A highly successful Construction and Property agency are actively seeking and experienced Consultant to join their team in London to take over an existing and high performing Construction Perm Desk (currently billing c£20K per month), placing all levels of Management & Commercial staff with leading contractors.

This opportunity offers Consultants a large geographical patch to cover London, South East/West, Home Counties and up to the Midlands), enabling you to maximise your commission earnings through a bigger client base, greater job flow and more placements. You will inherit existing established client relationships and an extensive candidate database – combine this with one of the industry’s most generous rewards scheme and you gain possibly the most lucrative role in Construction recruitment today.

Perm Consultants with experience of the Construction sector will be offered an immediate interview. This role will suit a Consultant with 12 months plus experience but seeks a more entrepreneurial environment, with greater resources, a more relaxed management style, less corporate red tape and far greater rewards.

Basic salary to £28000 Fantastic commission structure– Zero threshold – starting at 15% and rising to 30% Own dedicated Resourcer Guarantee for 3-6 months Phone 25 days holiday + statutory
