Learning & Development – An integral part of our Work Culture

- Being in the knowledge business, training and knowledge up-dation is an integral part of our schedule to keep

updated and abreast of changing environment (both regulatory and business).

- RSM Astute – SSA Group has a well structured annual training protocol with training needs for every segment

of our practice line being identified and programmed in our training calendar.

- Every 2nd Saturday of the month is dedicated as ‘Training Day’ with our nationwide offices

participating in both general & specific training as per their needs. Based on topic, clients are also invited.

- The training not only covers technical aspects, but also client perspectives & expectations, soft skills

development & several other facets. These are conducted by both external experts as well as our internal

employees with subject-matter expertise.

- Apart from general training, there are specific sessions for subject matter training on specific domain areas to

meet the requirements of specific vertical teams.

- Training protocol is compulsory for all employees across India and the national training programs which are

held in our branches, being webcast across our offices in 11 other cities.

- Apart from the above, every functional team across at our offices have internal training for their team members

on an on going basis depending upon specific needs / developments.
