Mineral oils used in these products are technical mineral oils and are highly refined colorless, tasteless, odorless and non-staining. H2 lubricants are not intended for use in places where there is possibility of food contact. H2 formulations conform to Section 5.1 of the NSF Registration Guidelines for all nonfood compounds (i.e., no carcinogens, no mutagens, no teratogens, no mineral acids, no odorous substances, and contain no intentionally added heavy metals. Oral toxicology for both of these products indicate an LD50 of greater than 5000mg/kg. Please refer to the SDS data sheets for complete toxicological information. These products would be suitable for use in bottling or food processing plants on any equipment (forklift, pallet truck, electronic wiring/controllers etc.) that will not be in direct contact with food that is being processed.
