The circulatory system is responsible for bringing nutrients and oxygen to all cells in the body. Every tissue and organ in the body needs oxygen, ions and nutrients to survive. By this system, it is responsible for distributing the blood that comes from the heart. The heart is the main organ on this system.

The respiratory system (orventilatory system) is a biological system consisting of specific organs and structures used for the process of respiration in an organism. The respiratory system is involved in the intake and exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide between an organism and the environment.

-Get enough rest, sleep and proper exercise.-Minimize your salt intake because too much salt may cause the development of heart disease for people already suffering from high blood pressure.-Eat a balanced diet.-Avoid eating too much fatty foods because it contains bad cholesterol.-Avoid harmful drugs, cigarettes and alcohol.-Avoid crowded places to prevent catching cold or flu. Take plenty of fluids, and eat vitamin C-rich foods. This will increase your body resistance.-Avoid standing or sitting for long period without stretching or moving around.-Wear loose clothes to avoid restriction of blood circulation.

The best way to prevent diseases in the respiratory and circulatory system is to have a healthy lifestyle which includes proper exercise, rest, proper hygiene, balanced diet and avoiding vices such as cigarette smoking and alcohol drinking. Diseases can easily be detected with regular health check-up and physical screening.
