I would say there are 3 steps of project managements: plan the project, control the project and evaluate the project

I used to think that project manager is someone who know everything, but he should not, especially he should not have technical background

Thinking of what can go wrong is as important as thinking of what you want it to go right

Working as a team, we need to be open-minded during the evaluation for our team development
