Step 1:

▪ Log in to your Eshopbox site admin panel with your login id and password

▪ Now you are on the ‘My account’ page


Brand names are clickable

Activated status means that the page is visible on your store

Step 2:▪ You are now on the ‘Manage your brands’ page

▪ Here you will see the listing of existing brand pages created by you

▪ Listing shows brand names, no. of products associated with particular

brand and its status (visible on store or hidden)

▪ Brand name is clickable, click on it to see the brand detail page

How to manage existing brand page on eshopbox site

Step 1:▪ When you place your cursor on any brand name in the list, it will show the

‘Actions’ button on its right side

▪ Click on it to use the available actions

Step 2:▪ There are 4 options: Edit, Delete, Store preview and View details

▪ Click on ‘Edit’ to modify the details of an existing brand page

▪ Click on ‘Delete’ to permanently delete the brand page from brand listing

and your store

▪ Click on ‘Store preview’ to view brand details page on your store

▪ Click on ‘View details’ to see the information of the brand page

Step 3:▪ The ‘Edit’, option will direct you to the brand creation page where you will

see the particular brand’s information

▪ You can change the details according to your requirements and save it

▪ Such updates will reflect in your store’s brand page

Step 4:▪ If you click on ‘Delete’, a pop up will open requesting your confirmation to

delete

▪ You can delete it permanently by clicking on ‘Ok’ button or by clicking on

‘Cancel’ button to discard the performed action

Step 5:▪ If you click on ‘Store preview’, your store preview page will open in a new

tab and you will be able to view the brand detail page

▪ E.g. If you have selected Reebok, then the detail page of this brand on

your store will be opened

▪ By this option you can see the appearance of your brand detail page and

can verify the filled details

Step 6:▪ Clicking on ‘View details’, will show you the information you have filled for

this brand page


Change your brand page status


Step 7:▪ If you click on ‘Status’, you are given the option to change your page status

from active to inactive and vice-versa

▪ You can choose the active or inactive option by clicking on it



Step 8:▪ If you click on ‘Actions’, you will see Edit, Delete, Store preview and Add

brand options

▪ Clicking on ‘Add brand’ will redirect you to ‘Create a brand’ page


▪ Whenever you make any changes to existing brand page, don’t forget to

click ‘Store preview’ to see the brand details

▪ If you are not able to see a particular brand page, you may have chosen

the status as inactive. Update the status to active from the actions

dropdown menu

▪ If the brand gets deleted the assigned products will still be visible on your

storefront
