Instruction for makinga Midori Sour

Step 1. Ingredients & Sup-plies

• Melon liqueur, S&S(Sweet Sour mix), Soda, Zigger

a. Melon Liqueur : It’s kind of alcohol which has melon flavor and 20 degree concentration

b. Making Sweet Sour mix : Mix with S&S powder with warm water

Step 2. Usage of instru-ments

a. Pourer : It helps us to pour exact quantity.

b. Example of usage of pourer with zigger

c. Shaker : It should be covered with cap

Step 3. Recipe

a. Pour 1 oz of Melon Liqueur with zigger and S&S with ice into a Shaker

b. Cover the shaker cap and shake it up and down※ When you shake it, you should surely hold the cap with one hand because it could be opened suddenly

c. Finally, Pour the substances which was shaked into otherglass and conduct Top soda.※Top soda : Fill out a cocktail with soda at the top of it.
