BOARD PLAN
INTRODUCTION
Board plan or mlm board plan is one of the mostly used
compensation plan in mlm business. Generally in this plan
members are placed in first in first out method.
HOW BOARD PLAN WORKS
This plan is a box type structure. In this plan the member who comes first
is placed in a top position. The most important part of board plan is
shuffling & splitting. One of the important characteristic of board plan is
shuffling. In this characteristic the position of the members of the board
may be shuffled & the members can be placed in a new position. Another
important characteristic of board plan is splitting. In this characteristic once
the board get filled it splits into two another board & the topmost member of
the board is out from the board. The advantages of this plan is that it has
no dependency on the network.
TYPES OF BOARD
In board plan there are two types of board. They are:
Feeder Board
Main Board
FEEDER BOARD
In board plan mlm business when a new member joins into the
business, he/she placed in the feeder board, to follow the
condition basic adjustment can be done.
MAIN BOARD
After splitting of the feeder board member enters into the main
board. Once the member qualifies the criteria he/she enters the
main board following the sponsor condition.
