WHAT WAS MY SMART GOAL?

S- (specific) I will go to an exercise class Monday through Thursday each week, whether it be

Zumba, Boot camp, or Yoga.

M- (measurable) The classes last between 45 minutes and an hour, timing my daily exercise will not be

an issue.

A- (attainable) This goal is attainable because I can go with friends and the exercise is taught by an

instructor who motivates me.

R- (realistic) This goal is realistic because it is not difficult to work out since the instructor is telling you

what to do, and does not ask for too much of my time.

T-(timely) This goal is can be accomplished in a timely manner because there are various kinds of

exercize offered at many times of the day through the entire semester.

Along with my

SMART goal I also

strived to eat

healthier

I followed my 5 day

diet and felt better

just by eating

healthier

WHY I CHOSE THIS GOAL I chose this goal because I

enjoyed going to the classes

anyways and setting the goal

helped me keep motivated to go

I most often went to boot camp, it

was a hard work out but very

much worth it!

Zumba is one of my

favorites, although sometimes it

was hard to get a spot

Yoga is always relaxing and also

helped manage my stress

Overall I felt healthier when I spent an hour a day exercising

The days that I could not attend a class I would work out on my own to keep up with my goal

Although I did not see any drastic changes in my weight I feel stronger, have a better self image, and feel happier!

I plan to continue to exercise daily

I also plan to continue a healthy diet

I also plan to set more goals for

myself and to challenge myself to

reach them!
