Greek Philosophy:• 4th Century BC the writings of Plato-

philosophy of a supreme being, his Ideas and his Soul. Later developed into belief in the Threefold One

• Zeno, father of the Stoics, believed- a supreme God, divine reason (Nous or Logos) and individual reason (Spermatikos Logos)

• Plotinus, 3rd century AD, believed in the tripartite god of the One, the nous and the psyche
