Target audience 3 to 36 months old babies, with a frequency of at least 3
months or 12 swimming lessons at Academia Via Esporte
Babies separated by age groups:
3 to 12 months, 13 to 24 months and 25 to 36 months
Two groups of questions:
Health aspects and Behavior aspects
