2. Identify which posts provoke viewer responses

Marketing – If followers are interested in an Event being marketed, they will re-tweet and comment. Products or Services will be commented on if extreme positive or negative feelings only.

Community – Businesses involved will re-tweet or comment. Positive re-tweets and comments will also be provoked by other members of the community or supporters of the deed in question.

Entertainment – Followers will re-tweet and comment to share with friends. Entertainment should remain to the industry the business is settled in.

Engagement – Direct call to action to followers. Will only work if high reward, level of recognition or high appreciation of the author of post.

3. How active are business with B2B Social Marketing

This shows the author posting a description of the event, along with adding the @Names of the businesses involved in the event.

This post will appear on all 3 users pages.

In every instance that the possibility of mentioning fellow businesses was there, the authors all took advantage of it.

The community posts had some of the highest engagement levels purely because it reached to audiences through multiple twitter pages.

Yes, businesses are as active as they can be when the tweet involves other

businesses.
