IT ENABLES THE MANAGER WORKING AT THE SAME LEVEL TO EXCHANGE INFORMATION AND CO ORDINATE THEIR ACTIVITIES WITHOUT REFFERING ALL MATTERS TO THE HIGHER LEVEL OF MANAGEMENT.

DIAGONAL COMMUNICATION

THE TRANSFORM OF INFORMATION BETWEEN PEOPLE WHO ARE NEITHER IN THE SAME LEVEL OF ORGANISATION IS CALLED DIAGONAL COMMUNICATION.
