RESEARCH AND PLANNING: USE

OF ICT

The ICT and different types of media technologies I will be using throughout the making of my media products will be on the following slides. I will be using the most amount of media

technologies that I can in order for my work to be the best that it can possibly be.

ICT

Premier Pro is the software I will be using to edit my trailer, because I am new to premier pro and I have never used it before, it will be difficult for me to get the hang of. I will be using You Tube clips to help me know what I am meant to do

for certain things I want to do for example the transitions shots.

PREMIER PRO

Photoshop is one of the main software I will be using as it will help me through the making of my magazine cover and my

poster. I will also be using it to help me create some titles that I will be using within my trailer. I have brought through some unique skills from last year that will enable me to be able to

create a professional, well created magazine cover and poster.

PHOTO SHOP

Because I am filming my trailer outside of school I will be using my own camera. My camera does not have the qualities that the school camera does, however if I was to use the school

camera, it would restrict me on when and where I can film my trailer, and this is something I did not want to be restricted on

and is why I decided to use my own camera.

CAMERA

I will be using word press to present my work. It is the most efficient way for me to present my work as I am able to look at

everything I have done by just the scroll of the mouse. In addition to this, it is much simpler to edit

I will be using Poll Daddy on my blog to get as much audience feedback as possible. It is good to have audience feedback as

you will then know whether or not what you doing is targeting the correct audience and through Poll Daddy I will be able to

do this.

You Tube will be a big part in the making of my trailer, as I will be doing my trailer research. My trailer research will enable

me to generate my own ideas of what I want to do for my trailer. It will also allow me to come up with realistic ideas.

YOUTUBE

I will be using a memory stick to store all the work that I produce. By using a memory stick I will be able to do a lot of

work out of school. This will benefit me as I will be able to spend more time on my work. In addition to this I will be using

a memory stick so that I can back up all my work just in case anything gets wiped or deleted.

MEMORY STICK

I will be using Microsoft word to write out the things I will want on my post. This is because it easily picks up mistakes and

it is also easier to transfer over to my blog. I will be using Microsoft Power point so that I can use slide share which is a

another way of presenting my work on to my blog.

Animoto is a website I have found which allows me to make a free 30 second video of pictures. This will be a good way to show a step by step process of the creation of my magazine

and poster.

ANIMOTO

Prezi is a website I will be using. It is a website that will allow me to present my work on my blog in a creative way. It is a lot like a PowerPoint in the way it is set out however it goes more

in depth and is a lot more creative. It will also allow me to explain things a lot easier as things like zooming from one

place to the next can occur.
