• Difficult to find files sent.
• Must accept participants.

• Department meetings & cross school collaboration.
• IS meetings.
• One on one or small tutoring sessions.

• Difficult to monitor.
• Students can edit or change other's work.
• Author has to indicate what they contribute.
• Software glitches.
