• Department meetings & cross school collaboration.

• Multiple security features when setting up the room.

• Simple user interface.

• Collaborative whiteboard and chat.

• Synchronous and asynchronous contribution.

• Can lock chosen content.

• Can clear/save chat boxes

• Can take snapshots of screen (saves as .png file in pictures folder)

• Difficult to monitor.

• Students can edit or change other's work.

• Author has to indicate what they contribute.

• Software glitches.

• Ability to insert images, files, movies, maps, equations, tables, templates, and lines

• Allows for a linear discussion

• Provides a monthly to do list to organize dates, goals, and deadlines.

• All individuals can collaborate. Provides a report template.

• Can print report.

• Confusing to navigate & post images

• Unable to save to disk or file

• Only one person can add notes or comment at a time-does not indicate author

• Serve as discussion board or central hub when working on a project

• Could be used for department meetings
