We Are Doing Something Right• We have one bus now 24 passenger• We are billing 30 hours a week• Earning $1,500 per week• $6,750 per month !
The Available Hour Universe• 168 Available Weekly Hours• 10 Buses = 1,680 Billable Potential• Reality: 2 Bus Per Week Required to move through DOT Compliance,
Inspections, and Maintenance• Normal 8 Buses Billing 5 hours per day• $50 X 5 = $2,500• $2,500 X 5 day = $12,500 Week• 26 Week calendar = Fleet Gross $325,000• Or $40K per bus• Cost per day for 8 Drivers – 8 X 5hrs = $1,600• Cost Per Day Fuel / Maintenance $100 per bus = $800• $12,500 – $1,600 - $800 = Gross Margin $10,100• Minus Ownership Cost / Debt Service / Admn
