Missional Coaching is

Not Mentoring

Definition:

Mentors act as a trusted friend or counselor, sharing their

experience, giving advice and recommending the best

course of action. Their advice is based primarily upon their

experience, values and beliefs

Advises and tells the client what to do based on the mentor’s

experiences

Definition: A Missional Coach IS:

• A confidential, trusted “outside” partner… only to you, the Pastor

Definition: A Missional Coach DOES:

• Seeks to uncover and understand your personal and professional

goals as a Pastor

• Questions, listens, encourages, brainstorms, challenges and

provides you clarity

• Missional Coaching for PLI Pastors holds you accountable for

achieving your goals and action plans

• Reviews your monthly progress to bring you focus and alignment

Coach and the Pastor

ministry and personal walk

• Helps you concentrate and execute your plan; by taking

into consideration

confidential Momentum Reviewwhere your strategic plans,

goals, and priorities are reviewed and driven - $125

• Be committed to your growth and progress on this

journeyfor a minimum of 12 months, giving God all the Glory

for the good things HE has done in you
