With the continued growth in the ability of mobile devices to connect with everything, we have seen the introduction of a new range of connected devices including the connected toaster. The question is: “What does the future hold for the mobile device as the remote control for the home. In this discussion, we will take a look at the range of devices and services driving this new connectedness and ask a few questions on the role of these in our daily lives.
