Thank you for helping to facilitate an opportunity for Potential Difference Inc. to lease office, technology demonstration space and our company headquarters.at 11 Main St. in Almonte

As part of our lease agreement PDi has some requests enumerated below, that we hope will be mutually beneficial to everyone.

PDi Lease Requests for 11 Main St. Almonte

Preamble: PDi has spent the last 15 years unapologetically and uncompromisingly developing its ReGen-X™and BiTT™ intellectual property and we are now entering into the manufacturing proof of concept, demonstration stage with global IP licensing.

PDi has garnered considerable positive international attention, reasonable skepticism and even unreasonable negative cynicism regarding our innovations over the years. We have weathered the “too good to be true” storm and now the onus is on PDi to prove the efficacy of our energy innovations in tangible, commercially viable Clean-Tech solutions that eliminate all external doubt in order for PDi to become a commercially successful company and reward our investors for their unwavering faith and patience since 1999.

In order to be perceived as a first class organization, dedicated to innovation excellence PDi requires the support and flexibility of a first class landlord that fully understands our innovationchallenges and needs and is willing to work with us so that we can achieve our many goals.

Please find below a list of our requests, respectfully submitted for your consideration:

1. Moving Water Access Request (A): PDi requires access to shoreline Moving Water in order that we may demonstrate our ReGen-X Generator Technology in a Shallow Water Undershot Water Wheel (UWW).

2. Moving Water Access Request (B): PDi has met with Steven Braithwaite regarding the possibility of using the Thorburn Mill's internal spillway to temporarily install and demonstrate the UWW mentioned above along with a submerged Hydro Kinetic Generator (HyPEG). PDi would install a demonstration control panel in the basement art studio in order that we may show the decrease in input torque as required by PDi's ReGen-X generator innovation when delivering power to the loads.

3. PDi would also install a larger HyPEG in a suitablyvisible location near the shoreline.

4. Moving Water Access Request (C): PDi intends toemploy a Tesla Turbine to drive its ReGen-X Generatorinnovation because the high speed performance aspectof the Tesla Turbine marries itself ideally to theRegenerative Acceleration (ReGen-X) Generator that accelerates itself when delivering power to a load. Ideallyinput source water for this hydroelectric generating modewould taken from above the railway bridge.

5. PDi's ReGen-X innovation allows hydroelectricgenerating systems (and all generators for that matter) todeliver on-load power with less input torque than isrequired at idle on no-load. This fact will allow PDi toproduce Innocuous, Invisible and Silent Urban VerticalAxis Wind Turbines for Point of Use residential andcommercial power generation.

6. Roof Access Permission Request (A) and (B): The patio at unit #8 (A) would be good for demonstrating however the roof (B) would be ideal.

7. Garage Use Permission Request: PDi's Electric Vehicle Regenerative Acceleration (ReGen-X) Technology now allows all electric vehicles to partially recharge themselvesas they drive. The garage would be used to integrate and demonstrate our innovation in ebikes, escooters, emotorcycles and ecars. PDi initially would start with a clean (no gas, no oil, no antifreeze etc.) 1934Ford Model “Eh” shown here.

8. Elevator Installation Permission Request: PDi's wouldlike to request an opportunity to install an exterior elevatorat 11 Main St. in order to showcase our Elevator PowerExtraction Technology. PDi's initial energy research anddevelopment began with the development of UninterruptedPower Supplies (UPS), at the University of Virginia'sRotating Machines and Controls Laboratory (ROMAC) withDr. Paul Allaire. A UPS is essentially a high speed flywheelthat stores kinetic energy until required. UPS' are great forstabilizing the grid with regards to evening out powersurges etc., however they are also great for recapturingenergy from elevators as they descend. PDi 'sDevelopmental Partner in Asia has requested thedevelopment of ReGen-X Elevator driven “UPS” thatwould deliver power to their building virtually 24/7. Thegreat aspect of PDi's ReGen-X innovation in this flywheelenergy delivery application is that it would not deceleratethe flywheel while delivering grid power. In fact the ReGen-X innovation is proven to extend the flywheel rotation freespin down duration time by 200% while deliveringmaximum power to a load. A ReGen-X Generatorapplication here would also reduce the power consumption by the elevator motor – while delivering power to the building and the more power delivered the less input power required by the motor. Any typical kinetic energy recapturing method would only be applicable as the elevator descends (and this would be somewhat prohibitive in thatit would reduce the elevators descending rate due to the generator's regenerative braking effects). The ReGen-X Generator innovation however would allow electrical power extraction while the elevator ascends as well as when it descends without any parasitic effects. Furthermore PDi has developed a ReGen-X Motor that has the ability to deliver output power while simultaneously operating in motor mode by collecting the motor coil's collapsing magnetic field and returning it to the source.

9. Garage Roof Solar Pannel Installation Request: PDi would like to request an opportunity to install photovoltaic solar panells on the garage roof to showcase PDi's new transformer innovation with regards to solar power output multiplication. PDi's Bi-Toroid Transformer (BiTT) innovation now allows all transformers to deliver on-load power with the same input current magnitude that is required on no-load because the BiTT harvests and utilizes the secondary coil's own BEMF induced magnetic field energy to deliver the desired load power, (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-Q3NaNEmdok&list=UU6ZPiUObgaWAyeV3SmUH3mg).

All conventional transformer designs require an increase in primary current (and power) to deliver load power and the greater the magnitude of load power desired the more the primary current needs to be increased whereas the BiTT does not require any additional input power when placed on-load ( and in many cases the BiTT's primary current actually decreases on-load). Because the BiTT partially self powers itself with primary and secondary induced flux providing the total NET on-load flux requirements, the BiTT may be used to multiply solar power outputs. Early tests suggest that this is a definite possibility and therefore PDi would install roof mounted solar panels on the garage to test the viability of this application and to provide the garage workshop's own electricity requirements.

All in all PDi's final desired operational mandate at our 11 Main Street location would be to eventually showcase commercial and residential locations that are completely energy neutral and environmentally harmeless in every way possible, which also includes the materials manufacturing process' as well.
