Relevant Cases During his time at General Electric (GE), Mr. Bravo was directly involved in the development and implementation of the process for requesting and obtaining authorizations to create a Financial Group for GE Capital, and in a wide variety of financing operations, including secured and structured loans, leasing and financial factoring, and restructuring processes. Suárez Enríquez, Ximena Education Ms. Suárez received her law degree from the School of Law of the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. She completed Workshop “Methodologies and decision-making to solve conflicts of constitutional rights” at the Supreme Court of Justice (2007), and “Course “Human Rights and Globalization” (Derechos Fundamentales y Globalización) at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (2009). She completed a postgraduate diploma in International Trade Arbitration offered by the International Chamber of Commerce and the Escuela Libre de Derecho in December 2009. Nowadays, she is attending the Master in Human Rights and Humanitarian Action at the University SciencesPo in Paris, France.
