Relevant Cases During his time at General Electric (GE), Mr. Bravo was directly involved in the development and implementation of the process for requesting and obtaining authorizations to create a Financial Group for GE Capital, and in a wide variety of financing operations, including secured and structured loans, leasing and financial factoring, and restructuring processes. Relevant Cases Mr. Yanez represented a European chemical company in the negotiation of a joint venture for the production of supplies for the steel and construction industries in Mexico. He has also worked with and advised US and German companies on the acquisition of packing plants, the negotiation of joint ventures for production in Mexico, real estate management, and setting up operations in Mexico, among others. He has also worked with foreign banks and financial institutions on project financing and sureties on loans given to Mexican companies.

He also has broad experience in international commercial practices, where he has represented exporters on antidumping investigations against exports to Mexico of beef and pork meat and products, and steel plates. Mr. Yanez has represented the interested party on different dispute resolution panels, under Chapter XIX of the North American Free Trade Agreement.
