ANSWER: Our first preference will always be 'Bootstrap' all of our

themes uses Bootstrap framework. jQuery is a must and

we can’t think about a template without jQuery. We use

Isotope in few of our themes, but can't take it as a must.

We follow the shake Technic for our themes, say mixing up

of best of available libraries for example skrollr library

(Amaze,LIVE themes). Waypoint library etc.
