Selected accomplishments:
Participated in a large-scale re-development initiative designed to expand the facility into a $20-million
resort flagged by Rock Resorts (Vail Resorts). Performed due diligence, financial forecasting and
strategic planning until the market downturn in 2009, which discontinued the effort.
Leveraged cost-effective communications campaigns that cut marketing costs from $80K to $6K per
year while increasing hotel occupancy by 25%.
Penetrated new business through skillful customer relationship management (CRM), search engine
optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) tools, Internet placement strategies and high-
impact e-mail and direct-mail marketing campaigns.
Boosted the company's online positioning to #1 on Yahoo Travel and #3 on TripAdvisor.com.
Transformed existing hotel and facility spaces into new revenue channels, such as creating a niche wine
