How can we better listen?

What are some keys to effective listening?

Have you ever spoke to someone and felt like they were not

listening to you?

Listening is a is an act, that says you’re important enough for

me to give you my uninterrupted, undivided attention

Listening requires an act of will. Willingness to listen enables

you to care. Without the willingness, caring is impossible.
