Businesses express their values and vision in the form of mission statements designed to guide the development of operational plans.

They guide what a company will do and how they will accomplish it.

A personal mission statement provides clarity and gives you a sense of purpose. It defines who you are and what is important to you.

Everything you let employers know about you MUST agree with your mission statement.
