Who It Is Designed For This project management certification is designed for experienced construction professionals who want to enhance their skills for managing larger, construction projects and prepare to pass PMI’s PMP® (Project Management Professional) exam. It is composed of two courses:
Managing Construction Projects - #123 (see page #2)
PMP® Exam Prep - #104 (see page #3)
Your Learning Experience In both courses you work directly with your PMI-certified instructor via e-mail, phone, and online web conferences. Your personal instructor will give you feedback and coaching on every assignment. You can call your instructor with questions or to discuss a concept whenever you wish.
In course #123 you will learn advanced techniques and practice using them in 3 case studies by building plans, schedules, and making presentations to stakeholders. In course #104 you will work through all the best practices in project management with your instructor and practice for the PMP® exam by taking 14 practice exams. There are no time limits or fixed schedules for your access to the course materials and your instructor.
