Half Day on Thursday By : Abdullah Tabasidah

Grade 9B

Introduction

The main goal of this project is to try to

influence as much people as I can so that they

may allow Thursday instead of Wednesday to

be a half-day so that all students in Qatar

academy could have a longer weekend. My

main aim is to collect as many people as I can

so that they can be on my side so we can do as

much as we can to earn this privilege by

gathering support, raising awareness, and

influence change.

Gathering support

With out gathering support I cant raise

awareness so gathering as much people

as I can to support my idea may be the

key to my projects success. The Most

quick way to people who support my

idea may be through internet social

networking. So I used Face book, etc.

Why I chose this Idea?

I thought that the idea will be loved by the

students and even the teachers them selves

because it gives us more weekend time so we

can sleep more, have fun more, and even have

more time to do work. Our time schedule is

actually different from other school whilst other

schools finish at 1:00 but we have the unpleasant

privilege to finish later. By letting us out early on

Thursday can make our lives much more easier at

QA.

How can we make this possible!

We can make Thursday a half day by liking my

Face book page and try to tell your friends

about my project and by gathering people who

are willing to support me I can take this idea

up to the head and present my work so that

they can understand more about what I’m

trying to achieve. If they like the idea they may

decide on making it happen.

Conclusion

So I hope my project keeps on spreading around

so that students may share and understand

what my aim is. And I’m a hundred percent sure

that people are going to like it. Jus think about

how we can gain positive out comes from

making Thursday a half day. It’s a great idea and

with your support its going to happen enshallah.
