Adding 'Zoho Reports for Google Apps' to your Google Apps account and accessing
it
Click on the 'Add it now' button in the Google Apps Marketplace's Zoho Reports page. And proceed from there.

If you are signed in to your Google Apps account, you can access Zoho Reports from the universal navigation bar

You can also sign in using the 'Google Apps' icon in Zoho Reports 'Sign in' page (http://zoho.com/reports/login.html)

Importing Google Docs spreadsheets into Zoho Reports and creation of reports
Click on 'Import Excel, CSV, HTML, Google Docs' option

Click on 'File Type' and choose the 'Google Spreadsheets' option

Choose the spreadsheet to be imported and click 'OK'

If the spreadsheet contains multiple sheets, select the sheet to be imported

Choose an appropriate 'Table Name', check/set the necessary parameters and click 'Create'

Your Google spreadsheet is now imported into Zoho Reports successfully.

You can then create reports and dashboards over the imported spreadsheet easily.

Sharing the created reports with your organization's Google Apps Users
In the report to be shared, click on 'Share' -> 'Share this View to New Users'.

Click on 'Add Users From' -> 'My Google App Users' ('My Google Contacts' being another choice)

Choose the Google Apps users you want to share the report with, set permissions and share.
