Flat Roof Art deco building’s roofs were either flat or very low-pitched

(typically 10˚ or less) and eaves gutters seldom had an overhang

Central market has a flat roof with no cornice or overhang which is suitable for hot weather like Malaysia and it provides a typical Art Deco style for vision.
