WHY EXHIBIT AT DESIGNBUILD?
BUILT FOR OUR INDUSTRY.
28 – 30 APRIL 2015 SYDNEY
To further our commitment to the industry, DesignBUILD has partnered with the Australian Construction Industry Forum (ACIF). Based on extensive market research and projections, ACIF releases twice-yearly Construction Market Reports. Along with ACIF, DesignBUILD keeps our audience up-to-date with the latest information for the industry.
The outlook for New South Wales’ economy is positive, with output growth projected to lead the rest of Australia as the booming states of Western Australia and Queensland feel the impact of a decelerating mining sector over the coming decade.
After years of sluggish performance, the residential building sector is expected to see improvements driven largely by the relatively low interest rates and existing pent-up demand for new houses and multi-unit dwellings. Building construction is expected to grow, with a healthy pipeline of commercial construction projects already committed or on their way.
Overall, ACIF projects New South Wales to be one of the leading states in construction activity in the coming decade.

There is a lot of genuine interest. The next month is fl at out for me. Very positive, a very good show.
Stuart Mann – AUS Cupolex
We chose to exhibit because of the quality
of people that attend. For us it’s very important to
connect with quite a few different demographics, from
architects to engineers through to builders. There is a high quality of people, great leads, and we’re looking forward to doing it again
next year. The ASKIN business is very, very pleased and had a great show.
