Connect. At your invitation, your delinquent customer logs into a website – branded in your name – and con�rms contact information.
Resolve. A series of simple-to-use screens is presented to the debtor.
For early-stage delinquencies, DR Prevent™ o�ers a quick and convenient way for customers to self-cure online.
For late-stage and charged-o� accounts, DR Settle™ features a patented bidding process. The debtor gets three chances to submit an o�er and settle the account. Based on your strategies, the o�ers are compared to treatments you have set right from your desktop.
Collect. When the debtor makes a successful resolution payment, it’s collected using your electronic payment gateways, and deposited directly into your account.
In the event an agreement is not reached online, you can queue up accounts for e�cient follow-up using the new customer contact information you have received online.
The customer chooses from the payment options made available to them, or makes an offer for settlement or payments.

Our ASP architecture is built for �exibility and scalability. You have the option to control every aspect of the website’s functionality. Your branded website and the operating engine are hosted on our secure computers.
Implementing the DebtResolve system is fast and easy. Simply send us a data feed of accounts in any �le format. There’s no investment in hardware, and the implementation makes minimal demands on your IT resources. The DebtResolve system utilizes and preserves your investment in your current scoring or portfolio management products, and if you require advanced or real-time integration, Debt Resolve can work for you.
The security of the system, and your data, are as important to us as they are to you. All applications are hosted in an SAS-70 quali�ed facility.
Sensitive data communicated with your customers is encrypted using SSL. All sensitive data stored on our hosted servers is encrypted using the strongest industry-accepted procedures.
Most importantly, as a client, you are invited to review our security procedures or audit our premises at any time.

DRPay™
DR Pay captures customer payments online using your electronic payment gateways. DR Pay is tailored to any payment methods you accept. Funds go directly into your bank account.
DRMail™
Customers are invited, using a non-speci�c email, to return to your website to receive reminders and other messages from you, displacing the collector reminder call. DR Mail can be used for outbound email campaigns to replace the cost of a dunning letter where appropriate.

Debt Resolve is an ASP-based service company that lowers your costs to collect by enabling the collection and settlement of consumer debt using the Internet. Debt Resolve provides clients with a user-friendly, self-service, online collection solution that will signi�cantly reduce costs to collect receivables.
We o�er this service as an Application Service Provider (ASP). Through our “light” data-integration, we enable clients to introduce this collection option without any signi�cant modi�cations to their existing computer systems.
Debt Resolve’s approach is highlighted by the use of the internet as a tool for communication, self-curing, negotiation, settlement, and payment. Debt Resolve works across all stages of the collection process, in any language. Specialized online treatments include a blind bidding system that allows private and secure debt settlement through a patented anonymous bidding process, enabling debtors and creditors to negotiate an amount acceptable to both sides.
Debt Resolve provides clients the opportunity to use our solutions to lower their current cost to collect and to �nd those debtors who have resisted other channels. At the client's branded website, the customers/debtors are presented options for payment or given the opportunity to make their own o�ers for settlement. All “self-curing” and collections activity is accom-plished without the need for sta�ed collectors.
