呼吸部高倍镜观察：

呼吸部由呼吸性细支气管（ 1 ）、肺泡管（ 2 ）肺泡囊（ 3 ）、和肺泡（ 4 ）组成。

1. 呼吸性细支气管：

管壁长，肺泡开口少。管壁由单层立方上皮及环行平滑肌组成。

细胞核扁 , 着色深。

4b.II 型细胞：

细胞呈立方形 ,核圆形 , 着色淡 ,胞浆浅。

a. type I cell of alveoli ：

flattened nuclei , dark staining

b.type II cell ： it is cuboidal–shaped cell with round pale nucleus ,the cytoplasm poor staining also.
