Working Age Population
It refers to the population above a specified minimum age (usually 15 years old and over) who could produce the goods and services if there was a demand for their labor and if they desire to participate in such activity.

Persons 15 years old and over who during the reference period were either employed or unemployed

3 CATEGORIES OF STATUS IN EMPLOYMENT

UNDEREMPLOYED PERSONS
Visibly Underemployed - worked less than 40 hours during the reference week.
Invisibly Underemployed - worked 40 or more hours during the reference week.
