More and more family members are moving
in with each other, and it is changing the

dubbed “multi-generational housing,” peaked
during the Great Recession and has continued to

Holiday parties are especially
well attended, including the
Egg-Stravagaza Easter Egg
Hunt, Christmas Party, and
Halloween Bon Fire.
Avimor residents particularly enjoy the weekly ride/jog/walking excursions into
the Foothills coordinated by Chris and Rose. EachWednesday evening during
good weather, residents meet at Town Lake Park and split into hiking, biking,
and jogging groups, depending on what they want to do. Chris and Rose stress
that each exercise group moves at a pace that is comfortable for the group.
