And so it was. On May 28, 2012 – Memorial Day, Jeremy Staat and Wesley Barrientos completed their 100 day mission, to be com-pleted with guest invitations to the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Ceremony. It was a “beautiful ceremony” that brought “much need awareness to the wall,” Jeremy expressed. Although the ceremony was beautiful and Although the ceremony was beautiful and honored many, Staat found it unfortunate that it “forced the wall to be shut down for several hours…leaving many unable to view it.” However, the spread of awareness must conHowever, the spread of awareness must con-tinue. And so it will. Jeremy’s hopes for the foundation are nothing short of incredible. The Iraqi war Veteran expects to one day “have a privately funded hospital [for veter-ans]” that will allow vets to come in at any time, for any purpose, without being turned away. He will continue to educate our youth on mat-ters involving veterans, at no charge to the schools. Staat expressed that “God has given us the freedom to do what we want,” and with this freedom Jeremy will continue on towards the completion of his mission by means of The Jeremy Staat Foundation.
