assumed all contractible services from IHS

Reduce the incidence of suicide. Reduce the rate of obesity. Reduce the rate of substance abuse. Reduce the rate of and improve the management

of diabetes. Improve oral health. Reduce the rate of and improve the management

of cardiovascular disease.
