Dynam attained 400 halls for the first time in the industry, renewing the

number of halls

Dynam Co., Ltd. with pachinko operating halls in 46 prefectures nationwide,

Subsidiary of Dynam Japan Holdings Co., Ltd. opened total 5 halls in 4

prefectures such as Ciba, Tochigi, Iwate and Oita on 29 April 2017 and attained

the number of halls more than 400 for the first time in the industry. The Group

attained total 450 halls including 404 halls of Dynam Co., Ltd. and renewed the

record of the most number of halls in the industry.

Dynam with most number of halls working on measures against passive

smoking the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare recommends


Subsidiary of Dynam Japan Holdings Co., Ltd. realized the hall where a

customer can enjoy pachinko playing and sense health measures bodily in

Fukuiechizen hall of Dynam Shinrainomori on 29 April 2017. We will provide not

Introduction of “Self Notification Program” preventing pachinko and

pachislot dependency in 46 prefectures nationwide


Subsidiary of Dynam Japan Holdings Co., Ltd. introduced a “Self Notification

Program” method which our customers can enjoy pachinko and pachislot

playing in safety and security in 46 prefectures ahead of the establishment of

the Problem Gambling Basic Countermeasure Act “The working team relating

with legalization of problem gambling countermeasures” of the LDP and

Komeito Party coordinated.

・Self Notification Program

This is a method to help customers suffering from pachinko and pachislot

dependency problem. A customer of our members sets the maximum amount

spent for pachinko and pachislot playing for one day using the management

system of our hall members. In the case of exceeding it, a staff of the hall

informs the customer of the situation when he/she comes to the hall next time.

So this can meet customer’s request and systematically support the

environment to enjoy playing in safety and security.

Regional revitalization：Collaboration with regional communities Pachinko

operators work on ‐Donation of prizes to 44 organizations in 25

prefectures


Subsidiary of Dynam Japan Holdings Co., Ltd. donated the pachinko prizes

equivalent to ¥3,538,722 to 44 organizations including Social Welfare Councils

in 25 prefectures.

We think it important for us to collaborate with regional communities through our

continuous steady local activities.

We are donating miscellaneous goods and daily necessities mainly on the toy

to Social Welfare Councils etc. out of the prizes which came off due to a model

change or damage of package etc.

Measures against pachinko and pachislot dependency problem


Subsidiary of Dynam Japan Holdings Co., Ltd. introduced a “Self Notification

Program” in all 404 halls of the company simultaneously from 3 July 2017

ahead of the establishment of the Problem Gambling Basic Countermeasure

Act as the measures against pachinko and pachislot dependency problem. We

think this “ Self Notification Program” is effective to prevent customers’ pachinko

and pachislot dependency in advance. We will support each customer so that

he/she can enjoy the most suitable pachinko and pachislot playing. We think we

are responsible for the measures against pachinko and pachislot dependency

problem in the society as we are having aims that we reform pachinko playing

into a “Daily Amusement” everybody can enjoy easily. Then we decided to

introduce this program into our all halls of the company considering of the

results of prior introducing of the program into our 61 halls in 46 prefectures

nationwide from June.

the heavy rain disasters at the northern part of Kyushu in July 2017


Subsidiary of Dynam Japan Holdings Co., Ltd. donated total ¥1,841,723

Completion of shift from data management through a main server to the

one through a cloud service to support total 404 halls’ operation with high

safety


Subsidiary of Dynam Japan Holdings Co., Ltd. is shifting to the data

management through a cloud service from the one through a main system

server as one of the business continuous plan (BCP) and transferring the

system which is operated by the company’s own server partially to the server in

the data center with high security. The company is positively working at the

measures against large-scale disasters as the core of BCP and also taking

measures to enforce smooth operation at the time of large-scale disasters.

Extension of the commitment line agreement of contingent debt facility to

provide a loan for recovering from a major earthquake


Subsidiary of Dynam Japan Holdings Co., Ltd., extended the period of the

commitment line agreement of contingent debt facility to provide a loan with the

ceiling on ¥15 billion for recovering from a major earthquake to 31 March 2021

dated 29 December 2017.

This enables the company to procure the funds under the conditions decided

beforehand regardless of a time of peace or earthquake disaster.

As we are operating business in 46 prefectures nationwide, we have taken

some management measures especially to earthquake risk which we consider

as very important position. We think we can control an impact on operation

within the minimum level in the funds requirement by enforcing two advance

measures properly such as “risk control” before any risk appears and “risk

finance” which finances the funds for the damages when any risk appears. In

addition to the above risk management we think that “crisis management” is

also important in the case of a crisis situation and the crisis management

committee of the Group establishes the system for the Group to take proper

actions for a prompt decision making, information transfer and highest priority of

safety for customers, employees and persons concerned with trust.

Dynam Co., Ltd. announced two models of the Group’s new private brand

(PB) series “GORAKU” (amusement in English) to be introduced from

February


Subsidiary of Dynam Japan Holdings Co., Ltd., announced the pachinko

machines of the Group’s new PB series “GORAKU” at the presentation for new

PB pachinko machines where we invited our member customers of the halls in

Tokyo and members from media.

The first models of the series are “CR Fever Powerful 2018DS” and “CR Fever

Queen 2018DS” which will be introduced in February. We have developed PB

machines jointly with makers of pachinko machines from 2006 and decided to

name our PB machines “GORAKU (amusement)”. We will continue to develop

and provide machines adapting to our customers’ viewpoints by making use of

many data for pachinko machines, absorbing and reflecting our customers’

opinion

gaming machines of “CR Fever Queen 2018DS” and “CR Fever Powerful

2018DS” which we jointly developed with JB Co., Ltd. into the Group’s halls in

order. These two models are the first out of our private brand series “GORAKU”

we announced on 27 January. 1,000 machines of “CR Fever Powerful

2018DS” will be introduced on 5 February and “CR Fever Queen 2018DS” will

be introduced on 19 February respectively.

Reduction of CO2 discharge due to a modal shift of transportation of

gaming machines taking into consideration a future’s expansion of

logistics of gaming machines to realize a sustainable society


Subsidiary of Dynam Japan Holdings Co., Ltd. carried out transportation of

gaming machines by railway from 29 March to 6 April in 2018. We have

180,000 gaming machines at our halls nationwide and hold 40,000 ones for our

second use or sale to the outside at our logistics centers. We started modal

shift in transportation of gaming machines between our logistics centers by

making use of transportation by railway instead of truck, taking into

consideration a future’s expansion of logistics of gaming machines.

Not only transportation by railway realize accurate and stable one but also it

contributes to reduction of CO2 discharge, which is an environment-friendly

method.

Summary

We transported 136 gaming machines by railway from the logistics center in

Kagawa prefecture to the one in Yamagata prefecture.

with Toyomaru Industry Co., Ltd. into the Group’s halls from mid- June in order.

for measures against addiction problem in gambling etc. and total 81 staffs of

the halls inside the Group inclusive 76 women and 6 men participated at the

training facility in Ito, Shizuoka prefecture on 6 June. We considers that we

should have responsibility to take measures against addiction problem as

pachinko hall operating company and have taken various initiatives for them so

far.
