Architectural Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Architectural Technician, Architect or Architectural Assistant to join our RIBA Chartered team in Gateshead. Opportunities to assist project architects and manage jobs varying in scale, sector and location.
Work in a busy, multidisciplinary environment with tasks progressing throughout the RIBA job stages.
Ideal Candidate skills:- AutoCAD skills essential. Also Revit, Sketchup and NBS Building preferable. - Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience preferable. - Knowledge of Building Regulations and construction detail drawings.- Ability to undertake measured surveys and draw up existing plans, elevations and sections. - Driving licence.
