Bc 1: Nhn bit mu chun - Xin gii thiu vi cc bn mt mu chun sa kefir hng cam. u tin xin bn vui lng thanh v bng nc lc trc khi th mu. Xin bn ghi nh r cc tnh cht ca mu chun ny.

Bc 2: - C 2 mu sa kefir hng cam s c gii thiu vi bn. Xin bn vui lng thanh v bng nc lc, bnh m lt trc khi th tng mu. Hy xc nh tng mu v nh gi c phi l mu m bn c hc cch nhn bit trn (A) hay l mt loi sa ti tit trng khc (not A). - nh du cu tr li ca bn vo v tr thch hp phiu tr li. - Hy a ra cu tr li cho ngay c khi bn khng chc chn. Ch : C th a s sa kefir hng cam gii thiu cho bn tng ng vi loi A hoc not A. Thc ra cch sp xp mu c thc hin mt cch ngu nhin v khc nhau i vi tng ngi th. V th bn khng phi bn tm v cu tr li trc ca bn. Bn s s dng mt phiu tr li cho mt mu, v phi a ngay cho ngi iu khin th nghim khi bn in xong cu tr li.

3. Topic 2Mt cng ty sn xut c ph nhn c mt s li than phin v v ng ca sn phm h mi tung ra th trng. Cng ty khng mun thay i lng c ph trong mt gi, m ch mun thay i lng nc pha c ph.
