As a Technology Associate for the LSU Office of Innovation & Technology Commercialization, I directly supervised Bethany during her internship in my office from September 2014 until May 2015 while she was an undergraduate student at LSU. Bethany responsibilities were to assist with reorganizing the office website content in anticipation of porting it to a new content management system and implementing and maintaining social media. I found that Bethany was very creative as well as analytical. She easily worked independently and as a member of the team. She was very proactive and self-sufficient in carrying out her responsibilities. She would often figure out solutions to problems with very little input. I was particularly impressed with her efforts to independently learn to use the website content management system and set up the social media for the office.
